基于知识图谱的国内外大数据研究进展

Progress in the Knowledge-mapping-domain-based Research on Big Data at Home and Aboard

以Web of Science、CNKI和CSSCI数据库中收录的大数据研究文献为数据来源,综合运用文献计量和内容分析方法,借助Citespace和Ucinet可视化软件绘制知识图谱,从多个角度梳理和分析国内外大数据领域的研究进展,为我国大数据研究提供参考。研究结果表明:第一,国外大数据研究起步早于国内,目前都处于快速发展阶段,大数据有望持续成为接下来几年学术界的研究热点;第二,美国是大数据领域发文最多的国家,研究水平具有绝对优势,中国发文量第二,在国际上具有一定的影响和地位;第三,国内和国外大数据研究领域的合作网络都比较分散,没有形成规模较大的合作群体,少量合作群以同城同机构合作为主;第四,Dean J、Manyika J、White T是国外大数据领域的高被引作者,迈尔-舍恩伯格·维克托、徐子沛、郭晓科是国内大数据领域的高被引作者,在引导人们全面深入了解大数据方面发挥着重要作用;第五,Hadoop、science data、machine learning、system、mapreduce是国外大数据领域的研究热点,而国内大数据领域的研究热点是信息技术、数据技术、物联网和信息安全。对国内大数据研究的建议:积极吸取国外研究成果,拓展新的研究主题;加强不同研究主体之间的合作与交流;加强大数据理论研究,推进完整研究体系的形成。

Taking the journal articles about big data from Web of science and CNKI and CSSCI as data sources, this paper, by integrating bibliometrics and the content analysis method and using visualized software such as Citespace and Ucinet, draws knowledge mapping, presents and analyzes the progress in the big data research at home and abroad from various angles, with a view to providing reference for big data research in China. The results show that （1） Big data research abroad, which started earlier than in China, is now in the stage of rapid development, and big data is expected to become the research focus in next few years; （2） The United States has the richest publications and enjoys great advantages in the big data field, followed by China, which has certain influence and a place in the world; （3） The domestic and foreign cooperation network in this field is loose, and large cooperation groups have not been formed with small scale of cooperation within the same with city or agency; （4） Dean J, Manyika J, White T are highly cited authors in the foreign big data research while Victor, Xu Zipei, Guo Xiaoke in domestic big data research and these authors have played an important role in guiding people in the big data research; （5） Hadoop, science data, machine learning, system and mapreduce are research hotspots in the foreign big data research while information technology, data technology, Internet of Things and data security in the domestic big data research. Suggestions to domestic big data research are making use of achievements in big data research abroad, developing a new research topic, strengthening cooperation and communication between different research subjects, strengthening theoretical research of big data and promoting the formation of a complete research system.
