摘要 随着电力改革的不断深入,政策向清洁能源倾斜,电价调整、竞价上网,煤耗指标先进的电厂将在竞争中占居优势。神华(福州)罗源湾港电公司对百万千瓦汽轮机进行了改型设计,并采用了一系列新技术对热力系统进行了创新和优化,机组供电煤耗可达到269.8g/k Wh,同时厂用电率降低至1.98%,并实现全负荷脱硝和FCB功能,带来了巨大的边际效益。 With the continuous deepening of electric reform,clean energy has been given certain inclination inpolicy. After the adjustment of power price,bidding on power net has been implemented,and those powerplants with advanced coal consumption rate take the lead in competition. Shenhua Fujian Luoyuanwang PowerPlant has carried out modification design on the million kilowatts turbines,and adopted a series of new tech-niques to innovate and optimize the thermodynamic system,which brought enormous marginal benefits to theplant by achieving the power supply coal consumption rate to 269.8g/k Wh,plant power using rate reduce to 1.98%,moreover implementing the full load denitration and FCB functions.
