This paper expounds the 'concentrated transportation' work that Ningdong railway adopt new rail-way transportation organization mode for phase change in 2016 transportation market,and makes comprehen-sive analysis and description from aspects of cost savings,equipment quality,soft power improvement and social effects for the work's effects.
