摘要
马迹茶产于浦城县忠信镇坑尾村马迹自然村,以"色绿、栗香高、味醇爽"的品质受消费者青睐。针对马迹茶品质形成的关键工序,介绍了马迹茶的加工技术,包括摊放、杀青、揉捻、干燥等,以进一步提升马迹茶的加工水平。
Maji Tea,which originated from the Maji Village of Zhongxin Town in Pucheng County,is known for its green color, mellow taste, sweet chestnut and high quality”. In terms of the key procedure of Maji Tea quality,this paper introduced the current tea processing technology,spreading,fixing, rolling and drying process in detail in order to further enhance the processing level of Maji Tea.
