大连市是环渤海地区重要的港口城市。大连市海洋产业受到了沿海区域发展竞争和自身传统优势产业竞争力减弱的影响,亟待探索新的产业发展思路。从大连市海洋渔业、海洋船舶工业、海洋交通运输业、滨海旅游业等主导产业的发展现状与面临的问题来看,大连市只要结合自身海洋产业优势,通过制定合理的海洋产业发展政策、优化海洋产业结构、加强跨地域合作等措施,其海洋产业发展潜力就能得到有效发挥。

Dalian is an important port city in the Circum-Bohai Sea Region. Marine industry in Dalian has been affected by the development competitiveness of coastal regions and its weaken competitive in the traditional superior industries; therefore, it is urgent to explore new ideas for the industrial development. Based on the current situation and the confronting problems of Dalian’s leading industries, such as marine fishery, marine shipping industry, marine transportation industry and coastal tourism industry, the potential of marine industry development of Dalian can be effectively put to good use as long as it combines the advantages of its marine industry, formulate sound policy for the development of marine industry, optimize the structure of marine industry, and strengthen the cross-regional cooperation.
