美国高校价值观教育的路径依赖及启示

摘要 美国高校价值观教育路径依赖的出发点是强调个性发展和反对价值观灌输,其实践形式是全方位整合价值观教育资源,其自我强化机制是美国国家精神的塑造。美国高校价值观教育对我国高校思政教育的启示是:一要重视路径依赖的出发点;二要坚持"以人为本",发挥学生的主体性,健全学生的人格;三要重视全方位教育资源协同发挥作用;四要弘扬中国精神。 The starting point of the path dependence of the values education in American college is the emphasis on individual development and the opposition on value delivery. Its practical form is the comprehensive integrated values education resources, and its self-reinforcing mechanism is the shaping of the American national spirit. The enlightenment from the values education of the American college to the ideological and political education in the colleges of our country is as follows: firstly, pay more attention to the starting point of the path dependence; secondly, adhere to “people-oriented”, exert the students’ subjectivity and improve the personality of students; thirdly, attach importance to the synergy of the education resources; fourth, carry forward the Chinese spirit.
