海关后勤保障体系和保障能力现代化是海关现代化的重要保障和重要内容。本文从分析推进我国海关后勤保障体系和保障能力现代化面临的挑战入手,在吸收借鉴发达国家在推进政府机关后勤保障体系和保障能力现代化建设实践经验的基础上,从我国海关实际出发,提出了推进我国海关后勤保障体系和保障能力现代化的路径建议。

T he modernization of customs logistic system and capacity is a cornerstone and an inte-gral part of customs modernization. Departing from an analysis of the challenges confronting the moderni-zation of our customs logistic system and capacity, this paper elaborates the practices and experience of developed countries in the process and proposes the pathways of modernizing the logistic system and ca-pacity of our customs administration by taking into account the real situations.
