摘要
从高职教育和多元合作两个视角,探索高职院校合作育人模式的理论依据和实践,并在理论指导下对"政府·高校·幼儿园三位一体"学前教育专业合作育人模式进一步完善:尊重各方利益需求,保证合作利益平衡;基于组织重构系统,构建巨型开放大学。并提出高职学前教育专业合作育人效果提升途径。
Based on certain theory, cooperative cultivation model of trinity of government, college and kindergarten of preprimary education major has been further improved, i.e. respecting interest demands of all parties, establishing pathway of promotion for the effect of giant open college and cooperative cultivation model of preprimary education major in higher vocational education. Practical cases are hoping to contribute for talent cultivation model of higher vocational education.
