我国生产率进步的省际比较及动力分析——基于DEAP-马氏指数1985—2011年间的实证研究

摘要 基于DEAP-马氏指数1985—2011年间的实证分析表明:我国全要素生产率增幅逐期提高,我国的经济增长转型稳步推进,但不均衡。其中,东部及东北地区整体技术进步较快、效率提升明显,经济增长方式转型走在全国前列;西部地区基本与全国同步,效率改进显著,技术进步较缓;中部地区技术停滞、效率低下,经济增长方式转型严重滞后。技术进步是推动经济转型的第一动力,纯技术效率贡献次之,国际经济环境的影响也较大。所以,要加大科技创新和投入,大力发展现代服务业,扩大内需,协调区域发展,保持生产率稳定提升,推动经济增长方式转型。 An analysis of the DEA-Malmquist index from 1985 to 2008 in China showed that: growth rate of total factor productivity is improving in each period, our country, s transition of economic growth mode is steady progressing, but it is not balanced. Among them, the eastern and northeastern region as a whole progress rapidly in technology, efficiency improve significantly, they step up forefront of the country in economic growth mode transformation; the western region keeps a pace with the nation by a significant efficiency improvement and technology advancement moderate; the central region, s technical stagnation and inefficiency, its transition is seriously lagging behind the nation. The technological progress is the first power to promote economic restructuring, pure technical efficiency of contribution to the transition is the second power, the change of international economic environment has more impact on TFP as well. Therefore, we must increase scientific investment and technological innovation, vigorously develop modem services, expanding domestic demand, coordinating regional development, maintaining a stable increase of productivity, promoting transformation of economic growth mode.
