摘要
微博作为一种具有实时沟通和即时发布性质的社交平台,由于低成本和高效率等性质,导致其中的原创著作权难以保护。以吸引受众为目的的营销号在微博中的日常呈现,往往依赖搬运他人的原创内容来维持。由于各种客观、主观因素的影响,自媒体作者的维权之路可谓步履维艰。
As a social platform with the nature of real-time chat and instant publishment, the copyright of micro-blog is not easily protected because of its low-cost and high- efficiency. Microblogging marketing presents on public daily for the purpose of attracting audiences, which depends on copy others ’ original work to keep running. Owing to subjective and external factors,it’s even more difficult for ‘ we media ’ authors to safeguard legal rights.
