摘要 对互动的研究是虚拟学习社区研究的重要内容。本研究采用社会网络分析法,从宏观和微观两个层面分析了成人学习者在MOOC论坛讨论中所形成的交互网络的结构特征。宏观上,主要考察了整体网络的各属性值和阶段性变化趋势;微观上,对个体网络进行了分析,主要测量了网络中行动者的中心度、结构洞和中间人。最后结合本研究发现,就改善MOOC环境中成人学习者在线交互网络结构提出了相关建议。 The study of interaction is an important aspect of virtual learning community research.Adopting social network analysis,this research analyzes structural characteristics of interaction network formed in MOOC forum discussion by adult learners from macro and micro levels respectively.At macro level,we mainly examine attribute values and phase variation tendency of the whole network;at micro level,the ego network is analyzed by computing actor centrality,structural holes and middleman in the network.Finally,according to the findings from this study,some suggestions concerning improving the network structure in MOOC are put forward.
