摘要
职业核心能力的内涵,即人适应世界变化的能力,其本身不能用技术来界定,而是支持技术方法应用的一种能力,包含有八个模块:与人交流、数字应用、信息处理、与人合作、自我学习、解决问题、创新革新、应用外语。职业核心能力的培养途径,应是在能力本位职业教育理论的指导下,采用行为目标课程目标模式,进行行为活动导向教学。职业核心能力培养成效的评估方式应全国统一考试、实际能力测试、综合能力面试的综合评估手段,完成对职业核心能力的有效评估。
The connotation of professional core abilities is the abilities of people to adapt to changes in the world,which cannot be defined as technologies,but as abilities to support the usage of technical methods,consisting of eight modules:communication with people,application of digitals,processing of information,cooperation with people,self-learning,problem-solving,creation and innovation,as well as application of foreign languages.The cultivation of professional core abilities should be in a special way in which competence-based vocational education theory should be adopted as guidance,behavioral objectives as curriculum goals,action-oriented teaching as teaching method.A comprehensive evaluation method which is the combination of unified national examination,practical ability test and interview of comprehensive ability should be taken to complete the effective evaluation of professional core abilities.
