摘要
企业管理培训是企业不断提高管理效率的重要途径,地方高校参与培训课程设计是校企双方双赢的选择。针对M公司的实际和企业管理的特点,运用教学管理和人力资源管理理论,探讨了企业管理培训课程体系设计模式,并通过需求分析、目标设定、课程选择与设计等环节,设计了相应的管理培训课程体系。
Business management training is an essential way for businesses to improve the efficiency.Local institutionsparticipation in training course design is a win-win choice for both institutions and businesses.The essay discusses the design model of business management training system in accordance to the characteristics of business management and its actual characteristics of M company with theories of teaching management and human resources management.And it also designs the management training system through using requirement analysis,goal setting,course options,designing and so on.
