在我国步入"十三五"全面发展时期,运用"互联网+"的思维,借力科技创新,推进供给侧结构性改革视野下的文化旅游跨界融合是各级政府和关联企业急需关注和应对的问题。以"十三五"的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享为核心理念,以供给侧结构性改革为切入点,全面研究连云港市文化、旅游产业科技创新发展的现状,重点分析了连云港文化、旅游产业在科技创新方面存在的问题,从推进供给侧结构性改革和科技创新的多重视角提出连云港文化、旅游产业发展的新思路、新产品、新模式、新机制、新路径和新举措。

During the comprehensive development period of'The 13 th Five-year Plan',there is urgent need of attention for all levels of government and affiliated enterprises to take advantage of scientific and technological innovation to promote the supply-side structural reform of cultural tourism cross-border integration with the use of'Internet+'thought.This paper analyzes the status quo of the scientific and technological innovation and development of Lianyungang cultural tourism industry,and the existing problems,with innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing of'The 13 th Five-year Plan'as the core idea.It also puts forward new ideas,new products,new models,new mechanisms,new paths and new initiatives of Lianyungang cultural tourism industry from the perspective of promoting the supply-side structural reform and technological innovation.
