老人受骗的防范对策研究——以老年人法律意识的培养为视角

Study on the Countermeasures of Preventing the Elderly Being Deceived:From the Perspective of the Cultivation of Legal Consciousness of the Elderly

近年来,老年人受骗的案例比比皆是,老年人权益的法律保护面临着巨大的挑战,如何实现老年人合法权益的有效保护,成为一个社会问题,对建设社会主义有着极其重要的现实意义。从社会、家庭与个人的层面分析了老年人受骗的原因,认为我国老年人法律意识缺失是其受骗的主要的原因,提高老年人法律意识,落实老年人法律意识的培养是解决老年人受骗的基本措施。

In recent years,the cases of the elderly being deceived are everywhere,and the legal protection of the rights and interests of the elderly faces a huge challenge.How to achieve the effective protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly has become a social problem,which has important practical significance for the construction of socialism.This paper analyzes the reasons for the elderly being deceived from the aspects of society,family and individual.It is found that the lack of legal consciousness of the main reason for the elderly being deceived in our country.Therefore,raising the legal consciousness of the elderly and the implementation of cultivating their legal consciousness is the basic measures to prevent the elderly being deceived.
