多指标正交试验优化理冲生髓饮的醇提工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的优选理冲生髓饮的最佳醇提工艺。方法采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷Ⅰ、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rd、黄芪甲苷的转移率和干膏得率为指标,通过综合评分法,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、溶媒用量对理冲生髓饮醇提工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为:10倍量60%乙醇浸泡2 h后,加热回流提取2次,提取时间1.5 h,提取温度80℃。结论该工艺提取率高,工艺稳定、可行,可为理冲生髓饮的进一步研究提供数据。 Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction technology of Lichong Shengsui Decoction. Methods An L9(34) orthogonal test was used in the study. The extraction rates of calycosin glycoside, icariin, baohuoside Ⅰ, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, astragaloside, and ginsenoside Rd were set as indexes. The influence of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, and amount of ethanol on the yield of Lichong Shengsui Decoction were detected by comprehensive scoring method. Results The optimal ethanol extraction technology for Lichong Shengsui Decoction was soaking for 2 h with ten times of 60% ethanol and then reflux extracting for two times; extraction time was 1.5 h each time at 80 ℃. Conclusion The optimal extraction technology is efficient, stable and feasible, which can provides data for the further study of Lichong Shengsui Decoction.
