摘要 设计了一种医学影像设备PET前端电子学系统,阐述了系统总体设计方案,分析了多个模块设计的关键技术环节。该系统基于Nios Ⅱ控制,设计了前端模拟信号调理和数据采集单元、数据汇总单元及以太网模块,重点介绍了SD卡接口设计、以太网模块的设计以及系统可靠性、电磁兼容的设计等。实验结果表明:该系统具有速度高、精度高、高集成化、设备的兼容性和抗干扰能力强等优点。 A sort of medical imaging equipment PET front-end electronics was designed. Design scheme of the system was ex-pounded. Key techniques of multiple modules design were analyzed. This system was based on Nios II control. The front-end analog sig-nal conditioning, data acquisition unit, data aggregation unit and Ethernet module were designed. The design of SD card interface, the design of the Ethernet module and the design of the system reliability and electromagnetic compatibility and so on were mainly intro-duced. Experiments show that this system has advantages of high speed, high precision, high integration, strong compatibility of the e-quipment and strong anti-jamming capability.
