摘要
基于浴盆曲线建立了包含寿命周期两个阶段的系统可靠性分析模型,运用最小二乘方法进行参数估计,采用线性相关系数和k-s检验法确定可靠性函数,并计算出早期故障终止时间。为在企业内合理设计早期故障试验,排除早期故障,提高产品可靠性提供了理论依据。最后结合某台国产数控车床运行两年的现场试验数据,给出其具体计算和分析过程。
The reliability analysis model including two stages of life cycle was established based on bathtub curve. The parameters were estimated by the least square method. The reliability function was determined by the linear correlation coefficient and Kolmogorov- smirnov (k-s) test methods and the terminal time of early failure was calculated. A theoretical basis was provided fo r reasonably desig-ning of early failure test in enterprises, removing early failure, and improving products reliability. Finally, a case study of the domestic computer numerical control ( CNC) with 2 years local test fault data is combined to give details in the process of calculation and analysis.
