摘要 叙述了液压系统故障诊断常用方法及其缺陷,引出了有源液压测试技术,并进行了有源液压测试的理论分析。依据液压校直切断机的疑难故障,叙述了基于有源液压测试技术的液压系统油液污染等级检测方法和液压系统故障诊断方法,检测出校直切断机液压系统元件的泄漏量,并完成了泄漏量的排序,依据排序结果,为准备配件提供科学的依据,验证了基于有源液压测试技术的液压系统故障诊断方法的有效性。 Common methods that were used for fault diagnosis of hydraulic system and their defects were described, the active hy-draulic testing technology was introduced, and the theory of the active hydraulic test was analyzed. According to the difficult faults of straightening and cutting machine, the oil contamination level detection method in the hydraulic system and the specific fault diagnosis method that was based on the active hydraulic testing technology were described, and the leakage of hydraulic system components of the straightening cutting machine was detected, and the sort of leakage was completed. According to the sorting result, scientific basis for preparing accessories can be provided, and the effectiveness of fault diagnosis method of hydraulic system based on the technology of active hydraulic is tested.
