芳香聚酰胺的侧链取代及溶解性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以4,4’-二氨基二苯醚和4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷两种芳二胺分别与对苯二甲酰氯反应得到聚酰胺PA1和PA2,为提高其溶解性,通过1-溴丁烷分别对PA1和PA2进行了5个不同摩尔配比的结构改性实验,得到了不同丁基取代比例的n-Bu-PA1和n-Bu-PA2,并对其进行了红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱和X射线衍射等结构和热稳定性分析.PA1,n-Bu-PA1,PA2和n-Bu-PA2热稳定性较好.当摩尔配比PA1∶1-溴丁烷=1∶1,PA2∶1-溴丁烷=1∶2反应得到的改性聚酰胺在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中均具有良好的溶解性. Polyamide PA1 and PA2 were respectively synthesized via the reaction of 4,4' -oxybisbenzenamine and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane with 1,4 - benzenedicarbonyl chloride. In order to improve the solubility of PA1 and PA2, 1-bromobutane was selected as the reagent to react with PA1 and PA2 for the structure modification in five different proportion, then different ratio of the n-butyl replaced n-Bu -PAlandn-Bu -PA2 were obtained and characterized by FT - IRH NMR, UV spectra and XRD. PA1, n-Bu -PA1,PA2 and n-Bu -PA2 have good thermal stability. When the reaction molar ratio of PA1 : 1bromobutane was 1 : 1,and the reaction molar ratio of PA2 : 1-bromobutane was 1 : 2,the modified products n-Bu -PAlan"-Bu-PA2 showed good solubility in DMAc, DMSO and DMF.
