摘要 目的了解AMI早期血尿酸升高与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选取AMI患者126例,将其分为2组,包括尿酸正常组及高尿酸组。比较2组单支病变、两支病变、三支病变SYNTAX评分以及3种病变构成比的差异。结果与尿酸正常组比较,高尿酸组两支病变、三支病变及总病变SYNTAX评分均较高,差异均有统计学差异(P=0.013、0.022、0.046),但2组在单支病变中SYNTAX评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);另一方面,3种病变的构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AMI早期血尿酸升高可增加冠状动脉病变的严重程度,尤其在两支及三支病变中,但对病变血管的数量无影响。 Objective To investigate the relationship between elevated level of serum uric acid (UA) and the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with early acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A total of 126 AMI patients were included and divided into the normal group and high UA group. The SYNTAX scores of single-, double- and triple-coronary artery lesions and constituent ratio of each type of lesion were statistically compared between two groups. Results Compared with the normal group, the SYN-TAX scores of double- and triple-coronary artery lesions and overall SYNTAX score were significantly higher in the high UA group (P =0. 013, 0. 022 and 0. 046) , whereas no statistical significance was identified in single coronary artery lesion and constituent ratio of each type of lesion ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Elevated levels of UA can aggravate the severity of coronary artery lesions during early AMI, especially for double- and triple-coronary artery lesions. It exerts no effect upon the quantity of diseased vessels.
