苓术二陈汤联合隔姜灸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝50例

Clinical observation on Lingzhu Erchen decoction combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver

目的:探讨苓术二陈汤联合隔姜灸对非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选取我院非酒精性脂肪肝患者100例,分成治疗组和对照组,对照组口服常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用苓术二陈汤配合隔姜灸,治疗2个月。观察患者肝功能、血脂、肝脾比CT值、体重指数(BMI)以及总临床治疗效果。结果:治疗2个月后,两组患者的肝功能相关指标、血脂、CT值以及BMI较前均有改善。治疗组ALT(33.4±17.8)较对照组(54.7±19.3)降低,AST(36.2±16.5)低于对照组(51.3±21.3),γ谷氨酸氨基转肽酶(35.4±16.6)低于对照组(49.1±18.5)。治疗组CT值(1.16±0.22)高于对照组(0.78±0.29)。治疗组患者的临床总疗效(43/50)优于对照组(32/50)。结论:苓术二陈汤联合隔姜灸能有效降低患者的肝酶、血脂,提高患者的肝脾比CT值,且能有效提高患者的临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Lingzhu Erchen decoction combined withginger moxibustion on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, in order to provide the basis fornonalcoholic cirrhosis. Methods： 100 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients was diagnosed, randomly divided the patients into the treatment group and control group, whichwere given to 50 cases of control groupwere treatedwith conventional western medicine treatment, t^he treatment group of 50 patients with Lingzhu Erchen decoction com-bined with ginger moxibustion on t^he basis of t^he control group treatment, after treatment in 2 month. 2 groupswere observed in patientswith liver function related indicators,blood lipids, liver and spleen CT values, body mass index （BMI） and the total clinical therapeutic effect. Results： After treatment in 2 month,2 liver function, blood lipid index, CT value and BMI were improved. Comparedwith the control ,丁heALT （33. 4±17. 8） of the treatment groupwas decreased,AST （36. 2±16. 5） was lower than that of the con-trol group （51.3±21.3）,gamma glutamyl aminopeptidase （35.4±16.6） was lower than that of c1±18.5） .The CTvalue （1.16±0.22） of patients in the treatment groupwas higher than that of the control group （0. 78±0. 29） . The effect of the treatment group than the control group. The total clinical efficacy of patients in the treatment group （43/50）than the control group （32/50）. Conclusion： Lingzhu Erchen decoction combined with gin-ger moxibustion can effectively reduce liver enzymes, blood lipid of patients, improve the patients liver and spleen CT values, and can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.
