针刀配合正骨治疗枕大神经痛临床疗效

The clinical research of acupotomy combined with bone setting in the treatment of greater occipital neuralgia

目的:探讨针刀配合正骨手法治疗错位型枕大神经痛的优势。方法:将120例患者随机分为针刀配合正骨手法治疗组60例和针刀治疗组即对照组60例。对两组患者治疗前后进行VAS、PPI与VRS评定。结果:治疗组治愈率为91.4%,对照组为63.2%。治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后VAS、PPI与VRS评分存在统计学差异(P<0.05);且治疗组6个月的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀配合正骨手法治疗错位型枕大神经痛效果显著。

Objective Study of acupotomy combined with bone setting therapy dislocation greater occipitalneuralgia advantage through clinical observation. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into acupotomy com-bined with bone setting therapy group （the experimental group of 60 cases） and acupotomy treatment group （the control group of 60 cases）. Two groups of patients before and after treatment were assessed by VAS,PPI and VRS. Results：The total cure rate of the experimental group was 91. 4 % ,and the control group was 63. 2%. The total cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.the VAS,PPI and VRS were significantly different between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05） ,and the recurrence rate of the experin weutal group was signiticantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05） in the period of 6 months. Conclusion： Acupol^omy combined with bone setting which t^herapy dislocation greater occipital neurcant effect, worthy of further application in clinical practice.
