铜电解阳极泥焙烧脱硒工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文以铜电解阳极泥为原料,采用硫酸化焙烧对该原料中硒的脱除工艺进行了研究,考察了影响脱除硒的主要因素。通过实验研究确定了该工艺较优技术参数:即阳极泥与酸的比例为2.0;阳极泥与酸混合后静置时间6 h;鼓入气体为空气;空气的流量1.5 L/min;焙烧温度650℃;焙烧时间180 min。在优化条件下,硒的挥发率高于98%。该工艺的研究,为铜电解阳极泥处理工艺改造提供了可靠的技术参数。 Taking the electrolytic copper anode slime as raw material, the process of removing selenium from elec-trolytic copper anode slime by sulfating roasting was studied, and the main influencing factors of removing selenium from it were investigated. The comparatively excellent technical parameters were determined by the experimental study. The volatilization rate of selenium was more than 9 8 % under the optimal conditions of the anode slime to acid of 2. 0 ; incubation time of 6 h ; blowing air and its flow of 1.5 L/ min ; roasting temperature of 650 ℃ ; the roasting time of 180 min. The reliable technical parameters for removing selenium from electrolytic copper anode slime can be provided by research.
