摘要
主要介绍了电子束区域炼熔制备Mo合金单晶的方法及其过程,重点分析和讨论了Mo合金单晶制备过程中影响熔区稳定的主要因素。结果表明,通过电子束区域熔炼法去除Mo合金棒材的杂质,可获得表面质量、组织内部结构较好的Mo合金单晶棒,其中单晶棒中的杂质含量小于50 mg/kg。
Preparation of Mo alloy single crystal by electron beam floating zone melting (EBFZM) was introduced, the discussion and analysis of factors influencing the stability of melting zone were focused on . It ’s indicated that EBFZM can purify alloys efficiently, and prepare Mo alloy single crystal rods with smooth surface, homogeneous microstructure and impurity content of less than 50 mg/kg.
