Three Kinds of Literary Images about the Legend of “Double Swords Change To Dragon”

《晋书·张华传》中所载的"双剑化龙"传说流传广泛。通过对涉及这一传说的历代作品的细致梳理,大致可以发现由传说衍生出了三种不同类别的文学意象,一是对传说本身的延续,二是对传说地点的指认,三是对传说意蕴的阐发,即通过结合具体文本来探讨这三类文学意象。

The legend of ＂Double Swords Change To Dragon＂ recorded in Jin Shu is widely spread. By analyzing the literary works which involve this legend, we can find that there are three kinds of literary images about it. One is the continuation of legend itself, anoth-er is the identification of the location, the last one is the exposition of legend’s meaning. This paper is combined with the concrete text to explore the three kinds of literary images.
