Snug Garden of Prime Spring——The Inheritance and Innovation of Modern Suzhou Garden

第九届江苏省园艺博览会苏州城市展园——"小筑春深",以"山水园林、生活园林、科技园林"的设计理念,对当代苏州园林的继承与创新进行了探索和研究。从山水营造、造园材料、种植设计、生态理念等方面展现苏州园林在新时代的发展,力求营建地域文化特色显著、时代特征强烈的"当代苏州园林",展示当代苏州园林建设在继承和发展中的思考、探索和实践。

＂Snug Garden of Prime Spring＂, the Suzhou exhibition park in the ninth Horticultural Exposition of Jiangsu Province, taking ＂landscape garden, living garden and technological garden＂ as the design concept, is an exploration and research on the inheritance and innovation of the modern Suzhou gardens. The garden presents the development of Suzhou garden in modern times from shan-shui construction, gardening material, planting design and ecological ideology. The designer of this garden is striving to build a modern Suzhou garden with remarkable regional feature and strong characteristic of the times, to show the thinking, exploration and practice of the inheritance and development of modern Suzhou gardens.
