江苏省12所医院专科护士知识共享行为现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior among specialty nurses from 12 hospitals in Jiangsu province

目的:描述江苏省专科护士知识共享行为现状,分析省级专科护士知识共享行为的影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,纳入来自江苏省各地12所二级及以上医院217名省级专科护士作为研究对象,以一般资料调查问卷、知识共享行为量表、知识自我效能感量表、护理实践环境-护理工作指数量表对其知识共享行为现状进行调查并分析影响因素。结果 :专科护士知识共享行为得分为(58.99±7.95)分,多元逐步回归分析结果显示,最高学历、从事护理工作年限、月平均夜班天数、知识自我效能感总分及护理实践环境-护理工作指数量表中的医护合作关系、服务质量的护理基础、人员和资源的合理配置3个维度得分进入回归方程,共同解释了知识共享行为水平总变异的40.2%。结论 :江苏省12所医院专科护士知识共享行为水平仍有上升空间,护理管理者可以根据其影响因素有针对性地进行干预,提高专科护士的知识共享行为水平,从而提供更优质的护理服务。

Objective： To describe the current status of specialty nurses＇ knowledge sharing behavior in Jiangsu province, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods： Totally 217 specialty nurses from 12 secondary or tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province were recruited using convenience sampling method, and investigated by demographic questionnaire, Knowledge Sharing Behavior Scale, Knowledge Self-efficacy Scale, Practice Environment Scale-Nursing Work Index. Results： The score of specialty nurses＇ knowledge sharing behavior in Jiangsu province was 58.99±7.95. Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that nurses＇ age, highest educational degree, nursing working years, monthly average days of night shift, knowledge self-efficacy, and organizational support explained 40.2% of the total variance of knowledge sharing behavior. Conclusion： Specialty nurses＇ knowledge sharing behavior in Jiangsu province is in the middle to high level. Nursing managers could take targeted interventions according to the influencing factors to improve the knowledge sharing level among specialty nurses and to provide high quality nursing service.
