凉血活血复方治疗血热型寻常性银屑病临床疗效及对血清IL-8、IL-17、IL-23的影响

Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy and Effect on Serum IL-8,IL-17,IL-23 on Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood-Heat Type Treated With Liangxuehuoxue Compound

目的分析凉血活血复方治疗血热型寻常性银屑病患者临床疗效及对血清IL-8、IL-17、IL-23表达水平的影响。方法将70例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例,对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,观察组患者采用凉血活血复方进行治疗,两组患者治疗4周后,观察两组PASI评分、临床疗效及其对血清IL-8、IL-17、IL-23表达水平。结果治疗4周后,观察组患者血清IL-8、IL-17、IL-23表达水平改善均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者PASI评分均较治疗前有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后PASI评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者临床总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001<0.05),观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组。结论凉血活血复方治疗血热型寻常性银屑病临床治疗效果显著并且能有效降低患者血清IL-8、IL-17、IL-23含量水平,无毒副反应发生,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and effect on serum IL -8, IL -17, IL -23 on on psoriasis vulgaris with blood - heat type treated with Liangxuehuoxue compound. Methods 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood -heat type were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy and the observation group was given with Liangxuehuoxue compound. PASI score, clinical curative effect and the serum IL - 8, IL - 17, the expression level of IL - 23 were observed after 4 week treatment. Results The improvement of serum IL - 8, IL - 17, IL - 23 expression level of observation group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. PASI score in both groups was has improved significantly before and after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） and the difference was staffstically significant. The improvement after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect on psoriasis vulgaris with blood - heat type treated with of Liangxuehuoxue compound was significantly. The Liangxuehuoxue compound, non - toxic side effects, safe and reliable, can effectively reduce the patient＇s serum IL - 8, IL - 17 and IL - 23 levels, which is worthy of clinical application.
