中药外敷治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with External Application of Chinese Medicine

目的探讨运用中药外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,为中药外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的药物配伍、操作方法的规范化提供思路。方法招募2015年7月-2016年6月来屯留县人民医院中医内科就诊的膝骨关节炎患者180例,随机分为两组,每组90例,治疗组采用中药外敷治疗,对照组采用西药扶他林乳胶剂治疗,观察周期为1个月。结果两组病例治疗后中医证候积分及VAS、WOMAC评分与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组治疗后中医证候积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。两组治疗后中医证候疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论中药外敷能明显改善膝骨关节炎临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis treated with external application of Chinese medicine to provide thought for the compatibility of Chinese herbs and the standardization of the operation methods. Method 180 knee osteoarthritis patients recruited from July 2015 to June 2016 in department of medical rehabilitation of Tunliu County People＇s hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with votalin emulsion. The observation period was a month. Result Compared to before treatment,the WOMAC score of pain and stiffness, the difficulty of daily activities and integral score and pain index VAS score in 180 patients has decreased after treatment. There was statisti- cally significant in the TCM Syndromes of two groups. The total efficacy rate of two group was 95.55% and 66.66% , respectively. Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, and the standard operation method is the key to the clinical effect.
