摘要
行政监督机制是现代法制的重要基石之一 ,其完善程度标志着一国民主、法治的水平。我国现行的行政监督体制尚不完善 ,重构这一体制的一些设想是 :强化人大对行政权的制约 ;行政监督法制化 ;行政监督公开化等。
The mechanism of administrative supervision, one of the important footstones for the mordern nomocracy, manifests the level of democracy and rule of law. In view of this, a few updated designs for the current framework of administrative supervision in China will be brought out here.
