摘要
林蛙皮多肽是从林蛙皮中提取出的活性多肽,含有多种氨基酸和细胞因子,对皮肤修复具有重要作用,但其水溶液不利于临床使用。试验拟将提纯的林蛙皮多肽与其他皮肤调理剂制备成凝胶制剂并通过建立兔背部皮肤创伤模型来探究林蛙皮多肽凝胶制剂在兔皮肤创伤愈合中的作用。通过观察伤口红肿、出血、渗出和结痂,计算创面愈合,以及通过病理组织学变化评估林蛙皮多肽凝胶制剂的作用。结果表明:林蛙皮多肽凝胶制剂减少炎症反应,促进兔皮肤创伤愈合,提高肉芽组织中新生血管密度和成纤维细胞数量。
Frog skin peptide extracted from frog skin is an active polypeptide and contains many amino acids and cytokines.It has been reported that active polypeptide plays an important role in skin repairing.But its aqueous solution is not conducive in clinical practice.Therefore,we made frog skin peptide gel preparation which is consisted of purified frog skin peptide and other skin conditioner aent and established a skin wound model of rabbits back to explore the effects of frog skin polypeptide gel preparation on rabbit skin wound healing.The role of frog skin peptide gel preparation was evaluated by observing wound swelling,bleeding,exudation and crusting and calculating wound healing rate.Furthermore,the effects of frog skin peptide gel preparation were also evaluated by pathological changes.The results showed that frog skin polypeptide gel preparation could reduce inflammatory reaction,promote wound healing rate,and improve density of new blood vessels and number of fibroblasts in granulation tissue.According to the study,we hope to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of forest frog skin polypeptide gel preparation in small animals.
