摘要 随着智能电网的高速发展,因换装、拆除、故障等原因,拆回智能电能表数量巨大。现有的复核分拣方式无法满足高效率、高质量的要求。研制一种拆回智能电能表复核分拣机器人。采用定位销及分类凹槽式双托盘设计,实现不同规格的电能表自动加电、批量复核分拣,提高复核分拣效率;采用灰度分割提取算法,实现需量数据的自动识别和快速提取,确保数据完整、准确;设计一种电能表示数、资产信息与营销系统的需量数据自动甄别模型,实现与营销系统的自动比对复核、异常电能表的锁定及分拣;设计一种可监管、可追溯的复核分拣管理模式,建立电能表历史图像库,使电量具有"永远"、"快捷"的可追溯性,有效避免电量纠纷的发生,实现监管便捷。 With the rapid development of the smart grid, the number of the secondhand smart meter is huge because of the replacement, removal and fault.The existing method of rechecking and sorting can not meet requirements of high efficiency and high quality.Therefore,a kind of smart meter rechecking and sorting robot is developed.In order to improve the efficiency of sorting and rechecking ,the double tray is designed uniquely with the positioning pin and the classification groove ,to accomplish different specifications of the smart meter automatic power on and batch sorting.The automatic identification and rapid extraction of the smart meter's data are realized by the segmentation algorithm ,to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.An automatic screening model of demand data of marketing system is designed,to realize the automatic comparison and check with the marketing system, the locking and sorting of the abnormal electric energy meter.A regulatory and traceability management model of rechecking and sorting is designed to avoid consumption disputes, and to achieve the convenience of regulatory.Through establishing history image library of the smart meter, the power has a"forever"and"fast"traceability.
