火电机组三排管翅空冷系统控制策略优化

摘要 空冷系统的全程自动运行是空冷发电机组控制的一个难题。以某电厂2台660 MW空冷机组为例,对空冷机组的自动控制组态和调试经验进行总结。针对空冷系统冬夏季工况的互相切换、机组在快速变负荷时空冷系统的快速响应等问题提出优化方案。经过优化的空冷机组在冬夏季工况切换和变负荷时,机组的稳定运行和快速响应方面都有明显改善。 The automatic control of air cooled condenser (ACC)is a difficult problem for air-cooled generator units.Taking two 660 MW air-cooled generator units in a power plant as examples,the automatic control configuration of air-cooled generator units and the debugging experience are summarized.Aiming at problems of the mutual switching of the winter and summer working conditions of the ACC and the fast response of the ACC when the load of units is rapidly changing,the optimization scheme is proposed.The stability and the response speed of optimized air-cooled generator units have improved significantly during the mutual switching of the winter and summer working conditions and the load variation.
