摘要
低低温电除尘技术通过降低烟温、减少烟气体积流量、降低飞灰比电阻提高除尘效率,并且可除去烟气中大部分SO3。从低低温电除尘技术原理、技术特点、存在的问题及解决方案等改造关键技术问题进行探讨,具体分析某330 MW机组低低温电除尘器改造案例,为环保改造及技术研究提供参考。
The low temperature ESP technology can improve the dust removal efficiency by reducing the flue gas temperature, reducing the volume flow rate of flue gas and reducing the resistance of fly ash,and can remove most of the SO3 in the flue gas. The key technologies in low temperature ESP transformation,such as the technical principles and characteristics,the problem and solution,etc .are discussed.A case of a 330 MW coal-fired unit is specifically analyzed to provide references for environmental transformation and technical research.
