摘要
采用等温压缩实验方法,测出了不同变形温度和不同应变速率下TC4合金的真应力-真应变曲线,并分析研究出温度和变形速率对合金高温流变应力的作用和影响。研究结果表明,合金在高温变形时的流变应力越大,其对应的变形温度就越低,同时对应的变形速率也较高。
By means of isothermal compression test, the TC4 alloy is studied under different deformation temperatures and strain rates with true stress-strain curves. It is manifested that the flow stress of TC4 alloy is dominated mainly by deformation temperature and strain rate.The results show that the higher flow stress occurs with the lower deformation temperature and the higher strain rate.
