摘要
以重金属余热锅炉上升烟道为对象,通过计算,得出CSF余热锅炉流场和温度场等关键信息。计算表明,烟道顶部的平均温度为986.2K,下降烟道出口均温为869.8K。通过计算不同高度的上升烟道,得出上升烟道在40m左右,顶部烟气温度能够将温度降低到合理的范围。
As the heavy metals waste heat boiler as the object,by calcululating,we get the flow field and temperature field of the heavy metals waste heat boiler. The results shows that the average temperature at the top of the flue is 986.2K and the average temperature at the exit of the flue is 869.8K.By calcululating the factor of the height,we get the conclusion is that when the height is 40 m, the average temperature at the top of the flue is reasonable.
