摘要
面临入世 ,与国际接轨是大势所趋。起始于20世纪80年代的西方银行业创新证券化 ,将在21世纪至少前10年对中国金融业产生深刻的影响。推进我国银行业创新证券化的关键在于制度创新。
Being faced with entering WTO, it is the tendency for China to conform to the world. The bank′s securities innovation will bring a great influence to Chinese financial industry in at least the first decade of 21st century, which started at 1980s in the West. The author points out that the key to carry the bank′s security innovation forward in our country is system innovation.
