我国少数民族运动特色数据库的战略规划研究

A Research of the Strategic Planing for the Characteristic Data Base Minority Games

少数民族运动作为特色文化的构成部分,是我国乃至世界非物质文化保护的对象之一,其特色数据库的建设具有非物质文化保护、特色运动发展、民族特色保留、体育娱乐与体验等现实需求。文章从少数民族运动特色数据库研究与实践情况出发,重点阐述了少数民族运动特色数据库的战略定位与规划、特色资源的组织与RDF描述、"知识产权+访问权限"风险规避等内容,以期为处于起步阶段的少数民族运动数据库建设提供一定的参考价值。

Minority games, as a part of the distinctive culture of each nation, are one of the projectsof Intangible Cultural Heritage protection in both China and the world. The construction of minority games database can help to protect the intangible cultural heritage, improve the development of the games, remainthe national characteristics of the games, and meet the needs of entertainment and experience. The paper discusses the research and practice of the database, with special emphasis on the strategic positioning and planning of them, the organization and RDF description of the resources, the risk avoidance of the intellectual property rights and access rights, aiming at providing reference for the early stage of the construction of minority games database.
