图书馆主导的数字信息产品供应链运作机制研究

The Operation Mechanism Research on Library-Leading Digital Information Product Supply Chain

信息经济、虚拟经济日益兴起,传统的图书馆面临着信息技术带来的在管理与服务上的转型。数字信息产品产业逐渐形成由上游信息供应商、中游生产商、下游服务商等组成的供应链结构系统,图书馆在数字信息产品供应链中起到核心和主导作用。文章依据供应链的理论和特点,构建了图书馆主导的数字信息产品供应链的概念与结构模型,并通过其两阶段供应链模型、供应链运作机制模型的构建,以及图书馆主导的数字信息产品供应链的主要价值环节的分析,提出了针对图书馆数字信息产品供应链运作效率提升的对策。

With the information economy and virtual economy emerging, the traditional library is faced up with the transformation of information technology in management and service. The industry of digital information products has gradually formed a supply chain structural system consisting of upstream suppliers, midstream and downstream service providers, in which the library should play a core and leading role in the supply chain. According to the supply chain theory and characteristics, the paper gives the concept and structure model of library-leading digital information product supply chain. And through analyzing the two-stage supply chain model, the building of supply chain operation mechanism model and the main value link of library-leading digital information products supply chain, it concludes the operation efficiency improvement countermeasures in view of the library digital information product supply chain.
