社会化信息服务的服务对象是社会居民,基于智慧城市角度,构建社会化信息服务体系,可以更好地满足用户信息服务需求,推动新兴市场的发展,集成信息服务技术和资源,重构社会化信息服务功能网络,建立持续健康发展的信息服务机制。文章通过文献资料收集和实际案例分析,研究了面向智慧城市的社会化信息服务的特征和关键要素;分析了面向智慧城市的社会化信息服务的需求;构建了完善的信息服务体系;梳理总结了面向智慧城市的社会化信息服务特征及关键因素;提出了面向智慧城市的社会化信息服务功能,构建了面向智慧城市的社会化信息服务体系,对推动智慧城市的发展有重要意义。

The objects of socialized information services are social residents. To construct a socialized information service system based on the smart city can meet the needs of information better, improve the development of the new markets, integrate information service technologies and resources, reconstruct the functional network of socialized information service and set up a sustainable and healthy information service mechanism. The paper collects the related materials and performs some case analysis, aiming at studying the features and key factors of smart city-oriented socialized information service, analyzing the needs of smart city-oriented socialized information service, and establishing a sound information service system. The paper sums up the features and key factors of smart city-oriented socialized information service, proposes some service functions of the service, and builds a sound information service system for smart city, which has great significance for promoting the development of smart city.
