摘要
目的:研究火绒草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、大孔树脂、制备液相等色谱技术进行化学成分分离,依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从火绒草正丁醇萃取部位分离出11个化合物,分别鉴定为:绿原酸甲酯(1)、4-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(2)、5-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(3)、绿原酸(4)、4-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(5)、1,3-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(6)、3,4-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(7)、4,5-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(8)、3,5-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(9)、3,4-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(10)、4,5-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents of Leontopodium leontopodioides. Methods:The compounds were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC from the n-butyl alcohol extract of Leontopodium leontopo- dioides,their structures were elucidated by NMR, MS spectra. Results : Eleven compounds were isolated from Leontopodium leontopo- dioides and identified as methyl chorogenate( 1 ) ,4-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester( 2 ) ,5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester( 3 ), chorogenaic acid(g),4-O-caffeoylquinic acid(5),1,3-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid(6),3,g-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(7),4, 5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester ( 8 ), 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid ( 9 ), 3, g-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid ( 10 ), 4,5-di-O-caf- feoylquinic acid( 11 ). Conclusion:Compounds 1 -9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
