基于多种分析模式对藏茵陈水部位的HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立藏茵陈水部位的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法建立藏茵陈水部位的指纹图谱,以岛津Inertsil ODS-3 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温25℃,流速:0.8 m L/min,检测波长238 nm,进样量20μL,采用相似度分析、主成分分析和聚类分析对指纹图谱进行评价。结果:建立了10批藏茵陈水部位的共有模式指纹图谱,确定了14个共有峰,指认了獐牙菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷、芒果苷3个特征峰,水部位3种分析模式的聚类结果与藏茵陈的来源呈正相关。结论:建立的藏茵陈水部位指纹图谱可为该药材的鉴别及质量控制提供参考。 Objective :To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Zang Yinchen of water part. Methods : HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of Zang Yinchen water part,with Shimadzu Inertsil ODS-3 Cls (250 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm)for chromatographic col- umn, the mobile phase was methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid water in gradient elution, the column temperature was 25℃ , the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 238 nm, the sample volume was 20 μL. Similarity analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis(PCA) were used to analyze the fingerprint discriminant analysis. Results:The HPLC fingerprint of ten batches in Zang Yinchen of water part was established with 14 common peaks, three characteristic peaks included swertiamarin and sweroside, mangiferin were confirmed,the clustering results of three mode analysis in water part was positively related with the source of Zang Yinchen. Conclusion : The results indicate that to establish HPLC fingerprint of Zang Yinchen parts of water can provide reference for its identification and quality evaluation.
