摘要
目的:应用离子液体超声微波协同萃取金钗石斛总黄酮和石斛碱。方法:研究不同离子液体、微波功率、提取时间及料液比对金钗石斛总黄酮和石斛碱提取得率的影响,在此基础上,利用响应面试验设计进一步优化。结果:最佳条件为:1.0 mol/L[Bmim]BF_4为萃取溶剂,微波功率328 W,提取时间185 s,料液比1∶22,测得金钗石斛总黄酮得率为0.490%,石斛碱得率为0.224%。与加热回流提取相比,金钗石斛总黄酮和石斛碱的得率均有所提高,提取时间从90 min缩短到185 s。结论:该提取技术能达到省时、高效的效果,可用于金钗石斛总黄酮和石斛碱的提取。
Objective:An ionic liquids-Ultrasonic/Microwave-assisted extraction (IL-UMAE)technique was applied to the extraction of total flavonoids and dendrobine from Dendrobium nobile. Methods:Effects of different ionic liquids, microwave power, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on total flavonoids and dendrobine yields was studied, and further optimized by response surface methodology. Results : The optimal condition were as follows, 1.0 mol/L [ Bmim ] BF4 as solvent, microwave irradiation power was 328 W, the extraction time was 185 s ,the solid-liquid ratio was 1: 22. At this condition ,the average yields of total flavonoids and dendrobine were 0. 490% and 0. 224 % , respectively. Compared with heating reflux extraction ( HRE ) , the average yields of flavonoids and dendrob- ine were increased,respectively, and the extraction time were reduced from 90 min to 185 s. Conclusion:IL-UMAE provides a time-sav- ing and effective technique for the extraction of total flavonoids and dendrobine from Dendrobium nobile.
