川蛭通络胶囊联合头孢呋辛治疗成人大叶性肺炎的临床效果观察

The clinical efficacy of Chuanzhitongluo capsules combined with cefuroxime in adult lobar pneumonia

目的:观察川蛭通络胶囊联合头孢呋辛治疗成人大叶性肺炎的临床效果。方法:纳入2014年4月至2015年7月我院收治的患大叶性肺炎的成人患者104例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各52例。对照组给予头孢呋辛治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用川蛭通络胶囊联合治疗。记录并分析两组患者治疗前和治疗后两周相关症状的消失时间、炎症水平、血浆白细胞水平和中性粒细胞比例以及治疗疗效。结果:观察组发热消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间和咳嗽消失时间分别为(4.65±0.47、6.75±0.54、5.93±0.58)d,均显著短于对照组(6.02±0.59、8.06±0.83、8.46±0.76)d。观察组治疗后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平分别为(19.43±2.86mg/L、1.15±0.42ng/L),均明显低于对照组(30.57±3.49mg/L、2.13±0.57ng/L)。3观察组治疗后白细胞水平和中性粒细胞比例分别为(9.62±0.48×109/L、70.53±2.41%),均明显低于对照组(10.98±0.59×109/L、78.62±3.05%);4观察组治疗后总有效率为94.23%,显著高于对照组78.85%。结论:川蛭通络胶囊联合头孢呋辛可有效治疗成人大叶性肺炎,调节患者体内炎症水平,提高治疗效率。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanzhitongluo capsules combined with cefuroxime in adult lobar pneumonia.Methods：104 patients with lobar pneumonia from April 2014 ~ July 2015 were randomized double-blindly divided into combined treatment group with 52 cases and control group with 52 cases.The control group received Cefuroxime,and the combined treatment group received Chuanzhitongluo capsules and Cefuroxime.Indicators of patients were recorded before and after treatment.Results： 1Fever-reducing time,pulmonary rales disappeared time and cough disappearance time in the combined treatment group after treatment were（ 4.65 ± 0.47,6.75 ± 0.54,5.93 ± 0.58） d,respectively,lower than the control group（ 6.02 ± 0.59,8.06 ± 0.83,8.46 ± 0.76） d,and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05）.2The hs-CRP and PCT levels of combined treatment group after treatment were（ 19.43 ± 2.86mg/L,1.15 ± 0.42ng/L）,lower than the control group（ 30.57 ± 3.49mg/L,2.13 ± 0.57ng/L）,and the differences were obviously significant（ P 〈 0.05）.3White blood cell count and neutrophil percentage of combined treatment group after treatment were（ 9.62 ± 0.48 × 109/L,70.53 ± 2.41%）,better than the control group（ 10.98 ± 0.59 × 109/L,78.62 ± 3.05%）,and the differences were significant（ P 〈 0.05）.4After treatment,total cure rate of combined treatment group was 94.23%,higher than that of the control group 78.85%,and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Chuanzhitongluo capsules combined with cefuroxime can effectively reduce the level of inflammation of lobar pneumonia patients,improve the treatment efficacy,and it is an effective treatment program.
