雷公藤多苷联合白芍总苷与单用雷公藤多苷在干燥综合症治疗疗效

The efficacy comparison of tripterygium glycosides combined with total glucosides of paeony with tripterygium glycosides on Sjogren's syndrome

目的:对比雷公藤多甙联合白芍总甙与单用雷公藤对干燥综合症的疗效。方法:选取2014年9月~2016年3月四川省人民医院风湿免疫科收治的干燥综合症患者60例,按照入院时间编号,偶数患者30例为对照组,该组接受单用雷公藤多甙,奇数患者30例为观察组,该组使用雷公藤多甙联合白芍总甙治疗。对比两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后血沉(ESR)、c反应蛋白(CRP)以及血液流变学水平。结果:1治疗后观察组的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组63.33%。治疗后两组患者ESR和CRP水平均比治疗前明显下降,观察组ESR和CRP水平分别为(26.83±0.52mm/h、4.76±0.47mg/L),均比对照组(29.02±0.73mm/h、6.03±0.59mg/L)明显为低。3治疗后观察组全血粘度高切、低切和血浆粘度分别为(4.31±0.39、8.53±0.43、1.43±0.25)m Pa·s,均比对照组(5.01±0.51、9.92±0.55、1.80±0.30)m Pa·s明显为低。结论:单用雷公藤对干燥综合症有明显的治疗效果,在此基础上加用白芍总甙,则疗效更为显著。

Objective： To observe the efficacy comparison of tripterygium glycosides combined with total glucosides of paeony with single use of tripterygium glycosides to treat Sjogren ’s syndrome.Methods： 60 patients who came from Department of Rheumatology,Sichuan Provincial People ’s Hospital from September 2014-March 2016 were numbered according to admission time.The even group with 30 cases（ control group） received tripterygium glycosides therapy,the odd number with 30 cases（ combined treatment group） received tripterygium glycosides combined with total glucosides of paeony.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR）,the levels of C-reactive protein（ CRP） and blood rheology between two groups were measured.Results： After treatment,the total cure rate of the combined treatment group was 90.00%,higher than that of the control group with 63.33%（ p 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the levels of ESR and CRP of two groups were lower than that before treatment（ P 〈 0.05）.The levels of ESR and CRP of the combined treatment group were（ 26.83 ± 0.52mm/h,4.76 ± 0.47mg/L）,respectively,lower than that of control group with（ 29.02 ± 0.73mm/h,6.03 ± 0.59mg/L）（ P 〈 0.05）.3After treatment,the whole blood high and low-shear viscosities and plasma viscosity of the comebined treatment group were（ 4.31 ± 0.39,8.53 ± 0.43,1.43 ± 0.25） m Pa·s,lower than that of control group with（ 5.01 ± 0.51,9.92 ± 0.55,1.80 ± 0.30） m Pa·s（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Tripterygium glycosides has a certain therapeutic effect on Sjogren ’s syndrome,on this basis,combined treatment can improve efficacy.
