止嗽化痰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床观察

Clinical observation of Zhisou Huatan Capsules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis

目的:研究止嗽化痰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星对慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年8月~2016年4月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院接受治疗的80例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为左氧氟沙星组(对照组)和止嗽化痰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗组(观察组)。观察两组治疗前后症状积分、肺功能、炎症细胞因子水平和副作用发生情况。结果:(1)治疗后观察组咳嗽、咯痰和肺部听诊积分分别为(0.75±0.15、0.66±0.08和0.61±0.17)分,均明显低于对照组(1.18±0.21、1.12±0.16和1.14±0.11)分。(2)治疗后观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)和呼气流量峰值(PEF)水平分别为(3.24±0.47L、3.05±0.43L、74.16±8.35%、3.11±0.67L/s、7.32±0.57L/s),均明显高于对照组(2.25±0.52L、2.02±0.35L、60.21±7.48%、2.09±0.43L/s、6.18±0.43L/s)。(3)治疗后观察组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平分别为(108.78±5.02pg/ml、12.02±1.08mg/L和19.48±1.0ng/L),均明显低于对照组(197.32±4.24pg/ml、15.14±1.12mg/L和24.35±1.29ng/L)。(4)两组患者均未出肝肾功能异常。结论:止嗽化痰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星对慢性支气管炎急性发作有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的症状和肺功能。

Objective： To investigate zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods： Retrospective analysis was used the clinical data of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from August 2014 to April 2016.According to the treatment methods,patients were divided into levofloxacin group（ control group）and zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin（ observation group）.The symptom scores,lung function,inflammatory cytokine levels and side effects of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results： After treatment,cough score,expectoration score and lung auscultation score of observation group were（ 0.75 ± 0.15,0.66 ± 0.08 and 0.61 ± 0.17） score respectively,lower than that of the control group（ 1.18 ± 0.21,1.12 ± 0.16 and 1.14 ± 0.11）（ all p 〈 0.05）.After treatment,levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,MMEF and PEF of observation group were（ 3.24 ± 0.47 L,3.05 ± 0.43 L,74.16 ± 8.35%,3.11 ± 0.67L/s,7.32 ± 0.57L/s）,higher than that of the control group（ 2.25 ± 0.52 L,2.02 ± 0.35 L,60.21 ± 7.48%,2.09 ± 0.43L/s,6.18 ± 0.43L/s）（ all p 〈 0.05）.3 After treatment,IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-α of observation group were（ 108.78 ± 5.02pg/ml,12.02 ± 1.08mg/L and 19.48 ± 1.0ng/L） respectively,lower than that of the control group（ 197.32 ± 4.24pg/ml,15.14 ± 1.12mg/L and 24.35 ± 1.29ng/L）（ all p 〈 0.05）.4During treatment,the two groups of patients were not out of liver and kidney dysfunction,with good safety.Conclusion： Zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin has good curative effect on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,can significantly improve symptoms and pulmonary function of patients.
