摘要
目的:观察化浊解毒方治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎浊毒内蕴证患者的临床疗效,并通过检测慢性糜烂性胃炎浊毒内蕴证患者治疗前后血清和胃黏膜组织中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、肝细胞生长因子受体(c-Met)表达水平的变化,探讨化浊解毒方的作用机制,为浊毒理论在治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:70例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例,对照组给予阿拉坦五味丸,每日2次,每次1袋,治疗组给予化浊解毒方口服,每日一剂,两组均治疗6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、胃镜象及病理情况变化,以及两组治疗前后血清和胃黏膜组织HGF、c-Met表达水平的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效、胃镜疗效和病理疗效明显优于对照组;治疗后,治疗组血清和胃黏膜组织HGF表达水平较对照组明显降低;治疗后,治疗组胃黏膜组织c-Met较对照组明显降低。结论:化浊解毒方能明显改善慢性糜烂性胃炎浊毒内蕴证患者的临床症状、胃镜象及病理,其作用机制是化浊解毒方可能通过调控HGF、c-Met的表达水平而起作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapy of Huazhuojiedu formula on patients with chronic erosive gastritis, and explore the mechanism of Huazhuojiedu formula on chronic erosive gastritis, through observing the changes of expressions of HGF, c-Met in serum and gastric muco- sa tissues before and after the treatment. Methods： All 94 patient with CEG were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in the control group were given A la tan wu wei wan, while patients in treatment group were given Huazhuojiedu formula. The course of the treatment was 6 months in both groups. Changes of clinical symptoms, gastroscopic image , pathology and the expressions of HGF, c-Met were determined in serum and gastric mucosa tissues. Results： The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）including clinical therapy, gastroscopic and pathological examinations. The level of HGF in serum and gastric mucosa tissues in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the level of c-Met in gastric mucosa tissues in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Huazhuojiedu for- mula can improve the Clinical symptoms, gastroscopic and pathological characteristics of patients with CEG. The possible mechanism may be that the formula can play a role through regulating and controlling expressions of HGF and c-Met.
