摘要 对中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司1.20 Mt/a S Zorb催化汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置运行中出现的再生烟气过滤器ME-103差压突然升高的问题进行了分析。原因是吸附剂循环速率过快导致系统吸附剂细粉增多,细粉随烟气进入再生烟气过滤器,再生粉尘罐料位偏高且锥部氮气量过大,使得细粉悬浮在再生烟气过滤器上部,细粉不能自由沉降至再生粉尘罐,造成滤芯表面细粉架桥,导致过滤器差压高。采取措施:将S Zorb装置的补充氢由重整氢改为真空变压吸附(VPSA)产品氢;将再生烟气过滤器反吹氮气压力由0.45 MPa提高至0.60 MPa;氮气电加热器出口温度由正常值180℃降至100℃左右;利用滤芯和吸附剂细粉收缩速率的不同,使得架桥细粉脱落;关注D109再生粉尘罐料位以及锥部氮气量。上述措施有效地解决了装置运行中存在的问题,保证了装置的平稳运行。 The problems of sharp differential pressure rise in the regeneration flue gas filter ( ME-103 ) of the 1.2 Mt/a S Sorb FCC gasoline desulfurization unit in SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. were analyzed. As the increasing amount of absorbent fines were produced in the system due to excessive velocity of absorbent circulation, the absorbent fines were carried over into the regeneration flue gas filter with flue gas. As the level in regeneration fines drum was high and the amount of nitrogen in the cone section was huge, the absorbent fines were suspended in the upper section of regeneration flue gas filter and could not set- fie into the regeneration fines drum, which led to higher differential pressure of filter and difficulty of free settlement of regeneration fines into the fines drum. As the results, the bridging of fines was found on the surface of filter element and high differential pressure of the filter. After the make-up hydrogen for the S Zorb unit was changed from reformer hydrogen to vacuum pressure controlled adsorbed (VPSA) product hydrogen, the pressure of back flush nitrogen of regeneration flue gas filter is elevated from 0.45 MPa to 0.60 MPa, the outlet temperature of electric heater of nitrogen is lowered from normal 180℃ to about 100 ℃. Due to the different contraction rates of filter element and absorbent fines, the bridging fines spalled. In addition, attention is paid to the level of regeneration fines drum D109 and nitrogen in the cone section. The taking of above meas- ures have effectively solved the problems in the unit operation, the stable operation of the unit has been ensured.
