双线圈接入式中压能馈系统挂网试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决地铁列车制动过程中产生的再生制动能量无法得到有效利用问题,通过对宁波轨道交通特点及再生制动能量吸收装置的需求进行分析,提出一种整流变压器1180 V侧双线圈接入式回馈型再生制动能量吸收装置方案。通过在宁波轨道交通1号线中河路站设置该能馈装置,基于现场实际工况运行验证能馈装置的吸收能力、对直流牵引网的影响情况等各项性能指标,在不同载客模式下进行不同制动初速度进站、不同站点制动、减少能馈容量及屏蔽制动电阻等多项试验。试验数据表明,该能馈装置方案是可行的,各项性能指标均能达到要求,具有较强的吸收能力及稳压效果;该能馈系统具备很好的节能效果及性价比。 This paper aims to solve the problem that the regenerative braking energy cannot be effectively utilized during the bra- king process of subway trains. In this paper, a scheme of the 1180V side double coil of the rectifier transformer is put forward, through the analysis of the characteristics of Ningbo rail transit and the demand of regenerative braking device. The energy feed- back device was installed in Zhonghe Road Station of Ningbo Metro Line 1, and various performance indicators can be tested through actual working condition, such as the absorptive capacity of the energy feedback device, the influence of DC traction network, and so on. A number of tests are carried out under different situations, such as different passenger modes, different braking initial speeds, different station braking, and different energy feeding capacities and shielding braking resistance. Final- ly, the experimental data show that the energy feedback device is feasible, and all the performance parameters can meet the re- quirements, with strong absorptive capacity and voltage stabilizing effect;this energy feedback system has a good performance in saving energy and costs.
